1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SportPlex facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, our website, and all bookings, memberships, and programmes offered by AL-MULAAB Sport (CR 4030358183), referred to below as "SportPlex", "we", or "us". By booking, purchasing a membership, or using the facility, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Court Rentals

Court rentals and session bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Bookings are valid for the date, time, and court stated on the confirmation. Please arrive on time; late arrival does not extend the booked slot.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the booked slot and are subject to availability. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Memberships

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Membership benefits, schedules, and access hours are as described at the time of purchase and may be reasonably adjusted with prior notice.

SportPlex may suspend or terminate a membership, without refund, in cases of serious or repeated breach of facility rules or behaviour that endangers other guests or staff.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout or reception.

5. Children & Guardians

Children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the child’s behalf. Age requirements apply per programme. Guardians are responsible for children outside supervised session times.

6. Facility Rules & Safety

Guests must follow staff instructions, posted safety signage, and equipment usage rules at all times. Appropriate sportswear and footwear are required for each activity area.

You participate in sport activities at your own risk. Please inform us of relevant medical conditions before participating. To the extent permitted by law, SportPlex is not liable for injuries arising from normal sporting activity or failure to follow rules and instructions, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Cancellations by SportPlex

If we must cancel a booked session (e.g. maintenance or events), we will offer a replacement slot or a credit of equal value.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the SportPlex name, logo, photography, and video, is owned by or licensed to AL-MULAAB Sport and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah.
